Gabriel Gomes is a teenager from Brazil who suffers from gigantism that keeps him growing very high. He was only 12 years old. But, the height of his body has reached 2.3 meters.

Gigantism is a disorder caused by tumors in the piuitari glands, which can trigger excessive growth hormone. If left unchecked, the disease can cause death. Because these growths can interfere with the performance of other organs.

In a report from Dailymail, Ricardene (Gabriel's Mother) said that her son had more courage than a boy her age.

"I wish he could be a different person, enjoying the normal life he never had," he said.

"I hope this struggle really paid off after the suffering so far," he said.

Before Gabriel underwent an operation, he said something to his mother, "You are the love of my life. Pray for me."
