US students released by North Korea from prison, now have passed away

American student Otto Warmbier has passed away at the Cincinnati Hospital.

US student who was released by North Korea, Otto Warmbier (22), has now died at the Cincinnati Hospital at 2:20 pm on Monday 19 June 2017.

Previously, he was detained by the North Korean military on January 2, 2016, for allegedly stealing a propaganda slogan. Then he has released again after the US State Department's special envoy for North Korea, Joseph Yun came to Pyongyang. He requested the release of Warmbier for humanitarian reasons.

After being released on June 13, 2017, Otto Warmbier at the time was in a coma and on Monday local time he was declared dead.
