United States President, Donald Trump, and Russian President, Vladimir Putin met for the first time at the 2017 G20 Hamburg Summit, Germany.When the first time the two leaders met, they shook hands with one another at the official opening ceremony, Friday 7 July 2017, afternoon local time. At that time their conversation was only about 30 minutes.
After the meeting, they again held the first bilateral meeting on the issue of Syria and Ukraine. In addition, the meeting was at once to improve relations that had disturbed between the United States and Russia about allegedly intervening Russian in the United States Presidential election last year.
