Kim Jong-un says ICBM missile as a gift for the Independence Day of the United States

North Korean leader Kim Jong-un says that a ballistic missile test between the continents (ICBM) is a gift for the independence day of the United States.

This is as reported by the Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) who wrote "He (Kim Jong-un), with a big smile on his face, told officials, scientists and technicians that the United States would be unhappy about being given a gift package On Independence Day".
